Peanut butter & Cocoa layered chia seed breakfast

Yummy and easy Peanut butter & Cocoa layered chia seed breakfast⁠.

Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • ½ cup almond milk (@buttanuttspreads)⁠
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • tsp cinnamon (optional)⁠
  • 2 tbsp 100% peanut butter (@buttanuttspreads)⁠

Cocoa layer

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder⁠
  • ½ cup Cocoa Oat milk (@buttanuttspreads)⁠
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Stir Peanut butter ingredients all together in one container and the Cocoa Layer ingredients together in a separate container. Stir well until mixed and no clumps remain.
  • Let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until thickened to your preference. It may also be prepared in advance and left overnight.
  • When firm and thick, layer in a glass and top with more peanut butter and crushed nuts.
