Peanut butter & Cocoa layered chia seed breakfast
Ingredients
Peanut Butter Layer
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup almond milk (@buttanuttspreads)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tbsp 100% peanut butter (@buttanuttspreads)
Cocoa layer
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup Cocoa Oat milk (@buttanuttspreads)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Stir Peanut butter ingredients all together in one container and the Cocoa Layer ingredients together in a separate container. Stir well until mixed and no clumps remain.
- Let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until thickened to your preference. It may also be prepared in advance and left overnight.
- When firm and thick, layer in a glass and top with more peanut butter and crushed nuts.
