MASTERCLASS
Foodies and culinary enthusiasts can boost their skills by taking part in a high-quality hands-on, cooking experience run by a culinary expert. Each session is packed with loads of fun, tips and tricks. Tickets for all Masterclasses cost R175 each which includes a place in the selected Masterclass plus all the ingredients. Eatery & Streatery Pop-ups
Toast a great day out and tuck into a delicious lunch from one of the pop-up eateries serving delicious food and drink and relax and soak up the vibey atmosphere in the visitor seating area.
Made to Move
The ‘Made to Move’ feature at the event will give visitors an exciting opportunity to participate in free strength, balance, and mindfulness sessions with silent headphones. Curated by the ‘Made to Move’ program directors, Ceri and Lydia Hannan from Rockstar Fitness, a couple with more than 30 years of experience in the fitness field, this show feature aims to kickstart a fantastic journey into well-being and wellness. Plant-Based Chef of the Year culinary battle – live at the show
Hosted by the SA Chefs Association, the competition takes place LIVE at The Good Life Show when contestants will be asked to create plant-based dishes in both ‘pastry’ and ‘hot dish’ categories. This exciting culinary battle takes place on the Saturday and Sunday and winners will be crowned in both the Junior and Senior divisions.
