
Not So Baby Bliss
Ingredients
- Bushcraft Gin
- McCain Carrot Puree
- Sultana Syrup
- Beetroot Bliss Juice
- Chilli and Apple Juice
- Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic
Carrot Puree
- 1 bag McCain frozen Baby Carrots
- 3-5 C water, depending on desired consistency
- Blend cold
- Season with salt and sugar to taste: ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar
- Double strain to achieve a consistency that is more watery than pureed.
Sultana Syrup
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 C Sultanas
- 1 C Water
- Boil the mixture down until it reaches a syrup-like consistency.
- Strain it twice to achieve a smooth puree.
