General Admission
A general admission ticket gets you a day pass and entry to a marketplace showcasing hundreds of plant-based, natural, organic, free-from, and sustainable living brands. Enjoy tasting and purchasing delicious food, wine, and cocktails, as well as trying free samples. Additionally, you have free access to chef demos in the Woolworths Good Life Kitchen and Made to Move sessions.
MASTERCLASS
Foodies and culinary enthusiasts can boost their skills by taking part in a high-quality hands-on, cooking experience run by a culinary expert. Each session is packed with loads of fun, tips and tricks. Tickets for all Masterclasses cost R150 each which includes a place in the selected Masterclass plus all the ingredients. There are 15 to choose from and you can select as many as you like (valid with a General Admission ticket on the day). We will announce the program information on our social media platforms as soon as it becomes available.

The CTICC is the leading international convention centre on the African continent, located in the heart of Cape Town and offers a variety of convenient on-site facilities.

Use parking Area 5 (P5), alternately parking bays are also available in P1 & P3 or ask your taxi driver to pick you up or drop you off at the designated pick-up and drop-off zone outside the main entrance of CTICC 2.

Kyalami International Convention Centre
The Kyalami International Convention Centre is conveniently situated in the business heart of Gauteng between Pretoria and Johannesburg. The building has been completely revamped to include world class facilities for events with ample parking around the Convention Centre and across the bridge ensuring convenient access for show participants and attendees.

Kyalami ICC – A passenger lift has been installed to provide disabled access to all three floors of the building.

Can the tickets be scanned at the door from my phone?
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Click here for prices. We recommend purchasing MASTERCLASS, cookalongs and additional show experiences prior to arrival as these regularly sell out.
Can I swap names on my ticket/give my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are transferable. It is not mandatory to change the name on the ticket if you wish to pass it onto a family member or friend, however we recommend you re-register your ticket to ensure you are able to enter competitions at the show with your ticket. Contact our ticketing agent, to change the name on your ticket
Can I swap my tickets for another day?
Please contact our ticketing agent, if you want to swap your tickets for another day. There may be charges if the day you are swapping to is priced higher than the day you purchased, and premium tickets may not be able to be swapped if the day is sold out.
Can I bring my children to the show?
Children are allowed at the show, however they will need to be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. There are also areas of the show which are over 18 only, this includes certain masterclasses.
Are children free?
Children 15 are free. Please note that all children are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the show.
How do I find the event programme info?
Are the Tasting the Future talks free?
Yes, the talks are free. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
Health and safety at the show?
In partnership with the venues we follow all applicable governmental recommended precautions to ensure our visitors’ safety.
Cleaning and Hygiene
Enhanced cleaning: the venue will be fully cleaned regularly overnight and during show open periods and in the break between sessions, with extra attention given to high-frequency touch points such as toilets, door handles and hand-rails. Food and beverage retail services will be provided in line with the latest government guidance.
Personal Hygiene
Safer Payments: contactless payments will be encouraged throughout via card or phone, with an email receipt wherever possible.
Communication
The show website, social media and emails will supply exhibitors and visitors with the most up to date information regarding health guidelines in place at the show.
If I have purchased a ticket online, do I have to stand in the queue?
No. After purchasing a ticket online, you do not have to stand in the queue. All you need to do is go to the entrance and produce your ticket and you will be permitted fast-track entry.
When will the show specials be available?

How do I redeem my complimentary ticket?
Look out for the dedicated VIP / competition winners desk at the main entrance to the show.
Will there be a trolley available for my purchases?
Unfortunately trolleys will not be allowed in the venue, this is mainly for your safety and due to health and safety regulations.
Can I bring my dog to the show?
No, except guide dogs.
What shoes should I wear?
Comfortable shoes at the in-person event or you can wear you slippers if joining us online! 😉

Is there disabled access to the show?
Yes, there are lifts and ramps in and around the venues.
How do I go about returning an item that I purchased from an exhibitor?
We do not allow free entry for returning items purchased on previous days at the show. We do however advise that, when purchasing an item from one of our shows, you keep a contact number or email address and make direct arrangements with the exhibitor for returning of goods.
How do I go about finding out if an exhibitor is at a show and where they will be situated?
There are two ways you can find out whether an exhibitor will be at the show. Firstly, by looking at the exhibitor list found either on the show website or alternatively, you can go to the Information desk, found at the main entrance to ask our friendly staff.
Do you have breastfeeding and nappy change facilities?
Yes, there is also a private and secure breastfeeding area for all our moms.
Will I be allowed entry back into the venue, should I need to put some of my shopping in the car?
Yes, you will be allowed to access the venue, as long as you have your entry ticket, you may go to the security personnel at the exit to request a pass out stamp.
