The Good Life Show is a ground-breaking and pioneering event like no other. It is the first and only event in South Africa to embrace all the new ways of living.

The Good Life Show takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from Friday, May 31, to Sunday, June 2, and at Kyalami International Convention Centre (KICC) from Friday, July 26, to Sunday, July 28. It features four shows under one roof: The Plant Powered Show, Natural & Organic Show, Free-From Show and Sustainex. One ticket allows access to all four shows.

The show is open to all those who are seeking a healthier, more sustainable, and eco-conscious lifestyle and will be offering visitors unique experiences and loads of delicious tasters. In addition to food and drink, an array of organic, ethical, and sustainable food and household products will also be on show and sale.

Heidi Warricker from Live Events says: “We are extremely grateful to all our brand sponsors who are supporting us this year. These brands are helping us to create all the exciting features we have planned for our visitors, such as the Masterclasses and the Chef Demos. We would like to thank them for their invaluable support and partnership at The Good Life Show this year.”

Raisins South Africa: Raisins SA functions as a Non-Profit Company, aiming to enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of the South African raisin industry. They represent approximately 700 growers, 6 processors, and more than 16,000 hectares allocated to raisin cultivation in two main regions: the Orange River and Olifants River Valley.

Rhodes Food GroupRhodes Quality, Hinds Spices and Today Puff Pastry: The company’s vision is to be the supplier of choice for fresh, frozen, and long-life meal solutions in its selected markets.

Woolworths – As a responsible retailer, Woolworths makes it their business to understand the intricate link between what we consume and the health of our planet. Dean Miller from AGT Foods says: “Having been part of The Plant Powered Show since its inauguration, we are extremely thrilled to be part of the now expanded Good Life Show. Since the show will be offering patrons a range of new products and services across the plant-based category, we are excited to showcase what we offer the export and domestic markets in terms of specialty crops.”

Thabile Motsamai, Marketing Manager at McCain says: “We were part of the show in 2023, and it was a great success for us. Not only were we able to interact with all the visitors attending, but we were able to supply food products for the various features and segments. Creating great tasting food is at the heart of everything we do and is the reason why we are very happy to be part of The Good Life Show once again when our products can be used and showcased in various ways to create delicious plant-based dishes.”

CEO of Raisins South Africa, Ferdi Botha says: “Many people are not aware that raisins are in fact a superfood offered to us by mother nature. What’s important is that South Africa is the world’s 5th largest exporter of raisins, with more than 90% of its total crop earmarked for key international markets. We are happy to be a part of the Good Life Show for 2024 as the shows give us the perfect platform to educate show visitors about how exciting the raisin industry is for them.”
