The Good Life Show is a ground-breaking event like no other. It is the first and only event in South Africa to embrace all the new ways of living.
The Good Life Show takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from Friday, May 31, to Sunday, June 2, and at Kyalami International Convention Centre (KICC) from Friday, July 26, to Sunday, July 28, and features four shows under one roof; The Plant Powered Show, Natural & Organic Show, Free-From Show and Sustainex. One ticket allows access to all four shows.
The show will host various features from inspiring cooking demos, expert speakers to engaging masterclasses. The bustling marketplace will be stocked with innovative, high-quality plant-based, natural, organic, free-from and sustainable living products to sample and to buy.
Aimed at anyone with an interest in food, health, wellness, and the environment, the show also offers a great opportunity for industry networking as it is welcomes those in the retail, hospitality, distribution, and export sectors as well.

Cape Talk will be broadcasting live from the show on Friday, featuring an outside broadcast hosted by Pippa Hudson from 1pm to 3pm. Expect crossovers and interviews throughout the weekend.
